    • Our PIZ3 is able to reach a max temperature of 600°F and able to preheat to 500°F in a matter of 15 minutes. Each PIZ3 is made of three compartments measuring 30″W x 21″D x 4 3/4″H. Giving you ample space to bake a variety of products. Each chamber has a separate door with a threshold measuring 30″ x 5″. Each compartment features a heavy duty nickel plated stainless steel decks.
