Built from high-quality stainless steel,The Hot Top features one highly polished 12″W x 28″D (305 x 711 mm) plate that provides even heat across the entire surface. The “U” shaped burner provides 30,000 BTU’s (9KW). Welded and polished seams enhance durability and give the unit a clean, professional finish. One open cabinet for extra storage is also included.
